Health Trainers help people to achieve their health goals. The main focus is:

Armed with knowledge of local services and an understanding of how to overcome any barriers. Health Trainers will help you develop your individual action plan, then support you and motivate you whilst you see it through to success!

Health Trainers will see you  on a 1:1 basis to talk to you in confidence, giving you the information and support you need to make a change and be a happier, healthier you!
